SHOP DRAWINGS

Elevate Your Installation Process with Precision and Efficiency

In the world of construction, shop drawings are indispensable tools for installing contractors. At our company, we take pride in crafting meticulous shop drawings that serve as a clear blueprint for the installation of ductwork, piping, electrical conduit, and equipment in the field.

Our commitment to excellence is evident in every detail. Each sheet metal and piping drawing is accompanied by a fabrication take-off, providing a comprehensive breakdown of materials needed for the project. Our detailed bill of material report ensures alignment with your budget, offering transparency and cost control.

The pieces in our drawings are not mere representations—they are virtual objects rich in information, including size, length, weight, elevation, and other key data elements. This makes our drawings seamlessly compatible with any BIM software, facilitating efficient coordination.

Embracing the latest BIM technologies and software, such as Revit, Navisworks, MEP fabrication, Recap, Faro technologies, Autocad, and BIM360 Trimble, positions us as a competitive force in the market.

All fabrications will include:

-Standard piece by piece information

-Submittal review to properly represent work

-Elevations, Sections, and helpful views

-Coordination with other trades if required

-Access doors, reference lines

-Site visits to verify existing conditions if required

-Schedule for accessories and ordered items

BIM COORDINATION

Avoid Costly Conflicts and Rework with 3D Coordination

Have you ever faced unexpected conflicts or rework due to missed penetrations or clashes with other trades? Our 3D coordination drawings eliminate such challenges by constructing a virtual representation of the project before it even begins. This foresight saves time and money, minimizing change orders and rework in the field.

The efficiency gained through design and coordination is remarkable—just one hour invested can result in up to 80 hours saved in the field. Our commitment to cost-effective and reliable solutions is unwavering, emphasizing the importance of pre-coordination during the design stages.

Utilizing cutting-edge software like REVIT-Naviswork, Revizto, Trimble, Autodesk Construction cloud, ensures our coordination work adheres to the highest standards, guaranteeing a smoother and more precisely executed project.

3D SCANNING

Precision Meets Efficiency with 3D Laser Scanning

Step into the future of construction with our 3D laser scanning services. This advanced technology provides an incredibly accurate representation of actual site conditions, generating a Point Cloud that forms the basis for CAD or Revit models.

As-built plans often fall short in accuracy, leading to complications during site visits. Our 3D scans, on the other hand, deliver unparalleled accuracy, ensuring plans align seamlessly with the installed work. This accuracy translates into time savings, reduced rework, and optimized material usage.

Whether for as-built models or site surveys, our 3D scanning capabilities streamline the process, providing a faster and more accurate alternative to traditional measurement methods. The scan information seamlessly integrates into our drafting software, leaving no room for oversights in layout, rework, or material waste.

Properly calculating and sizing equipment and ductwork it essential to meet your clients need, plus 42 states by adopting 2018 IECO [m1] requires the mechanical contractor to perform manual J, S&D calculations in order to apply for a permits,

We offer efficient, cost-effective calculations and reports for properties. The calculations results will help you size the required loads and units that should be used for the property.

Duct sizes and schematic routing might be required.

Reports can be done in 3-4 days depending on the property sizes.
